One of the city's newest designer hotels, the Esprit Saint Germain Hotel opened in 2004 after a 3 year, $8 million total renovation of two adjoining 18th-century buildings. The stylish interior features raw plaster walls, slate tiles, marble flooring, warm leather and rich fabrics. All of the hotel's 31 accommodations feature a host of amenities, including flat-screen TVs, cordless phones, king-size beds, and en-suite bathrooms with luxurious Etro toiletries. The hotel's lounge bar and adjoining conservatory serves complimentary drinks to all guests and is the perfect place to unwind. The wellness centre on the sixth floor offers a steam room, sauna and exercise equipment. The hotel also offers a Continental style buffet every morning in its welcoming breakfast room.
