The Dauphine Saint Germain Hotel is a small but charming property, which combines 17th century architecture, exposed stone and oak woodwork to create a warm atmosphere. The 29 renovated guestrooms are decorated in various styles. In all of them, however, the curtains and matching bedspreads create a palette of warm colours, complemented by natural toned woodwork. All of the marble bathrooms are equipped with hairdryer, electric plug for shaver and radio. From 07.00 12.00 breakfast is served in the tea-room on the ground floor or on request in the guestrooms. The hot buffet consists of fried potatoes, mushrooms, sausages, beans in tomato sauce. There are also à la carte omelettes and scrambled eggs. The cold buffet consists of a variety of charcuteries (cooked meats), various fresh vegetables, fruit, croissants, milk produce and hard boiled eggs.
